PSO EV Charger Rebate in Tulsa: How to Get Your $200

Last verified: May 2026

PSO (Public Service Company of Oklahoma) serves the Tulsa metro area and offers a $200 rebate for residential customers who purchase and install a qualifying ENERGY STAR certified Level 2 smart EV charger. Unlike the federal tax credit, this is a true rebate — PSO sends you $200.

Who Qualifies

  • You must be a PSO residential customer (PSO serves the Tulsa metro and eastern Oklahoma)
  • The charger must be an ENERGY STAR certified Level 2 "smart" charger
  • You must submit the rebate application within 45 days of purchase

How to Check If You're a PSO Customer

Check your electricity bill. If it says "Public Service Company of Oklahoma" or "PSO," you're eligible. If it says "OG&E" or another provider, PSO's rebate doesn't apply — but other utility programs may.

How to Apply

  1. Purchase a qualifying ENERGY STAR Level 2 smart charger. Check eligibility at energystar.gov.
  2. Have the charger installed by a licensed electrician.
  3. Submit the rebate application to PSO within 45 days of purchase at powerforwardwithpso.com. Include your receipt.
  4. PSO processes and mails your $200 rebate check.
⚠️
The 45-day window starts from the purchase date, not the installation date. Don't wait until after installation to submit — you may miss the window.

Stacking the PSO Rebate with Other Savings

The PSO rebate can be combined with the federal Section 30C tax credit (for qualifying addresses and installs before June 30, 2026). On a $900 install: $270 federal credit + $200 PSO rebate = $470 total savings. Federal tax credit guide →
